Health Guarantee

Your new pet is to the best of my knowledge and belief healthy and free of any contagious, infectious diseases or serious health problems. However for this warranty to be effective you must (1) take your pet to the veterinarian of your choice within forty eight (48) hours from the date of this sale.(2) You must notify me within forty eight (48) hours from the date of this sale if your veterinarian finds any major problems. Under no circumstances will I ever be responsible for any expenses incurred by you. To the best of my knowledge your pet is free from all parasites (ear mites, worms, fleas and the like). However young puppies are very susceptible to all of the above, especially worms. Even though your puppy has been treated for worms, it is possible that he/she may still have some. It is recommended that you take a stool specimen from your puppy when you take him in for his next check up to be checked for parasites to be sure he doesn’t need another treatment. After purchase the exposure to and occurrence of any of these is out of my control and I can not be responsible for. Nor are they cause for replacement. However if any of these are found now or later, they are not considered serious health problems if treated properly and immediately. This contract is contingent upon buyer ensuring that the puppy eats frequently during the transition to its new home to avoid hypoglycemia and possible death.      Your pet is also guaranteed for seven (7) days from the date of this purchase against parvoviris, distemper, hepatitis leptospirosis and canine influenza. It is guaranteed for one year against hereditary and congenital disorders that may interfere with the pet’s ability to lead a normal life. For a replacement to be made due to any of the problems listed in this warranty, documentation from your veterinarian must be presented to me immediately when diagnosis is made. My veterinarian must verify these findings by examination of your pet. If it is found that replacement is required it will be made with a healthy pet of the same breed, sex, and as similar size and color as possible. If replacement is requested, original purchased pet must be returned to me at time of replacement. If replacement is not available within a reasonable length of time only then will a refund be made of the price paid. In the event that you do not want to return your pet to me (because of attachment, love, etc.), for any of the reasons covered in this warranty, then my responsibility to you is completed. Other than the above content, unless an agreement in writing is made between buyer and seller, all pets are sold as is. No monetary refunds are promised other that the above stated. No guarantee is made as to the adult size, color, and disposition, breeding ability or show ability of your pet. If at any time and for any reason you feel that you can no longer provide a good home for your pet, I retain first right to reclaim your pet to be returned to me. Please feel free to call me at any time to return your pet to me under these circumstances for placement in a new home and care until that perfect home is found. Neither monetary gain nor expenditure will or should be expected for this service on neither the buyer nor sellers part.

     The above constitutes the guarantee provided by the seller. The buyer agrees to no other guarantees and/or warranties either assumed or implied.
